IN CHARACTER

Hugging this character: Yes! Only bear in mind that Legolas may not respond so warmly unless he knows and trusts your character.

Kissing this character: Yes, but see above.

Flirting with this character: Yes.

Fighting with this character: Bring it.

Injuring this character: Yes. Elves are hardy.

Killing this character: Probably yes; let's talk!

Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Probably yes; let's talk!

On shipping: Open to castmates! If we're aiming to get our characters into sexual situations, I'd prefer first establishing that our characters have a strong emotional relationship to make Legolas' participation plausible.

Nota bene, Tolkien presents Elven sexual mores as astoundingly conservative; the narrator of 'Laws and Customs Among the Eldar' idealizes Elves as having intercourse within the bonds of marriage for the sole purpose of procreation; once they finish building small families, they lose interest in sex. With respect to JRRT's world-building but also to what he describes as 'strange fates' of some Elves -- including Legolas, who never marries & develops explicitly deep bonds with Men and Dwarves alone, any romantic relationship Legolas has with a non-Elda will flout Eldarin conventions as a matter of course.
